"This is a group practice. Dr. John Verdini, DO, retired. His patients were informed by a letter. They were told to call and select a new physician. This was, in fact, misleading information for his dementia patients, who were transferred to a nurse! Appointments were scheduled six and seven months out, notwithstanding when they last saw any medical personnel or what medications or health problems ..."
